Genesis Club: Terms of Membership

DRAFT 1, 20 September 2026. Not legal advice. This draft is waiting for the owner's review and a lawyer's review. Items in [BRACKETS] are not filled in yet.

Each section opens with a plain summary. The summary is there to help you read. If the summary and the full text ever disagree, the full text is what counts.

1. Who you are dealing with

In short: one business runs this club, and this is how to reach it.

Genesis Club ("the club", "we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ENTITY TYPE AND WHERE IT IS REGISTERED], of [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

"You" means the person who creates an account.

2. This agreement

In short: using the club means you accept these terms. If they change in a way that matters, we ask you again.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the disclaimer you accept on your first visit and the house rules form one agreement between you and us. If you do not accept it, do not create an account.

We keep a record of the exact version you accepted and when. If we change these terms in a way that affects your rights or what you pay, we will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on. Small changes, such as fixing a typo or naming a new feature, take effect when posted. The date at the top always shows the current version.

3. Who can join

In short: adults only, one real person per account.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must be allowed to enter into a contract under the law where you live. You confirm this when you sign up.

Some of what the club teaches touches on trading, crypto and marketing practices that are restricted or banned in some places. Whether you may lawfully do any of it where you live is your responsibility to check.

4. Your account

In short: it is yours alone. Keep it safe. Tell us if something looks wrong.

  • An account is for one person. Do not share your login, sell it or lend it.
  • You may be signed in on up to two devices you have approved. Video lessons, the trading app and the AI guide run on one device at a time.
  • Keep your password and your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your login until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • Give us accurate details and keep them current.
  • We may refuse a handle or display name that impersonates someone, is offensive or misleads other members.

5. What membership includes

In short: what you get depends on your tier. The club grows and changes, and it says so up front.

The tiers, their prices and what each one opens are shown on the pricing page at the time you join. The club is a living product: lessons are added, rewritten and retired, and features arrive, change and are removed. That is the nature of it, not a breach of it. We will not remove the core of what a paid tier promises without either replacing it with something comparable or giving you the chance to cancel.

Some features are marked as coming later. Pay for what exists today, not for what is planned.

6. Paying for membership

In short: monthly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time. The refund rules are below.

6.1 Payments. You pay through a checkout on our own site, not a hosted Stripe page: a pay modal using Stripe's Payment Element, so your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. By paying you confirm you are 18 or over and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; that agreement is recorded at the moment you click pay. Access to your tier is granted once Stripe confirms the payment, not before. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Taxes may be added where the law requires it: [TAX TREATMENT: prices inclusive or exclusive, to be decided].

6.2 Monthly plans. A monthly plan renews automatically each month at the price you joined at, until you cancel. You authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

6.3 The founding Operator price. The first 100 Operators join at the founding price, and it stays their price for as long as their membership stays active without a break. [DECISION: if a founding member cancels or their payment lapses beyond the grace period and they later return, do they keep the founding price or rejoin at the price then current? This draft assumes they rejoin at the current price.]

6.4 Wolfpack Founder. Wolfpack Founder is a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means until the first of two things happens: the club, or the product the licence covers, stops operating; or the member's own life ends. Whichever comes first. It is not a promise that the club will run forever. The licence is personal to you. It cannot be sold, transferred, shared or inherited.

6.5 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we will try again and email you. [DECISION: grace period. This draft assumes access continues for [N] days while we retry, then pauses until payment succeeds.]

6.6 Cancelling and resuming. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again. You can resume a cancelled plan from the same account page before that period ends. To change your payment method, use the Stripe billing portal, linked from your account page; the portal does not let you cancel or switch plans there.

6.7 Refunds. [DECISION: refund policy. Two honest options. (a) No refunds on monthly plans once a period has started, because you can cancel any time and keep the month. (b) A refund on request within [N] days of a first payment. Pick one and say it plainly here.] Whatever we decide, nothing in these terms takes away a refund or cancellation right that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in a place with a cooling-off right for digital services, [LAWYER: state how the right applies and whether the member agrees to immediate access].

6.8 Price changes. We can change prices for new members at any time. If we ever change the price of a plan you are already on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

6.9 Chargebacks. If you have a problem with a charge, talk to us first. We would rather fix it. Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorised may lead to your account being closed.

6.10 Free trials. Where we offer a free trial, it is an offer we can change or withdraw, tied to the plan it leads to and the length we state at the time. A card is captured up front even though nothing is charged during the trial. One trial per card. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.

7. Points

In short: points are a loyalty reward, like air miles. They are not money and never become money.

  • Points are a rewards feature of the club. They are not currency, securities, an investment, wages or income, and they have no cash value.
  • Points cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
  • Points can be redeemed only for the things the club lists as redeemable at the time, and the list can change.
  • We can change how points are earned and what they buy. [DECISION: do points expire? This draft is silent until you decide.]
  • Points are lost when an account is closed, by you or by us.
  • If the club later offers a way to hold points on a public blockchain, separate terms will apply to that and nothing here promises it.

8. Affiliates

In short: earning commissions has its own agreement. Nobody may promise anyone money in our name.

Referring members for commission is a separate programme with its own agreement, which you accept when you join it. Whether or not you are an affiliate, you must not describe the club, its points or its affiliate programme as a way to earn income, and you must not make earnings claims about it.

9. This is education. It is not advice.

In short: everything in here is opinion and teaching. What you do with it is on you.

  • Nothing in the club is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or business advice. Nobody in the club is acting as your adviser, broker or fiduciary.
  • Nothing in the club is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or to start, fund or join any business.
  • Trading and business carry real risk. Most people who put money at risk lose some of it. Most businesses fail. Any result you see described, including ours or another member's, is not a prediction of yours.
  • The trading side of the club is a place to study how markets behave and to test what you have learned. It does not manage money, place trades for you or give signals to follow.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions, for getting professional advice where you need it, and for obeying the law and paying the tax that applies to you.

The disclaimer you accepted on your first visit says this in stronger words. It is part of this agreement.

10. The AI guide

In short: Eleanor is software. She can be wrong. She is not an adviser.

The club includes an AI guide called Eleanor, and other AI features. When you are talking to AI we say so, and if you ask whether you are talking to AI you will be told the truth.

AI output can be inaccurate, out of date or simply wrong, however confident it sounds. Treat it as a study aid. Check anything that matters before you act on it. Section 9 applies to everything the AI says.

Your conversations with Eleanor are stored so that she can help you over time; the Privacy Policy explains this and how to switch it off, export it or delete it. If you connect your own AI provider account or key, your use of that provider is also governed by that provider's terms, and what you send through it goes to them.

Do not use the AI features to try to extract other members' information, to get round the limits placed on them, or to generate unlawful content.

11. Our content

In short: you may learn from it. You may not copy it, share it, scrape it or feed it to a machine.

Everything we publish in the club, including lessons, videos, charts, tools, templates, recordings and software, belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. While your membership is active we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and, where a template or kit is clearly provided for the purpose, in your own business.

You must not:

  • copy, record, download in bulk, republish, resell or share club content, in whole or in part;
  • give anyone else access to it;
  • use scrapers, bots or scripts on the club;
  • use club content to train, fine-tune or build a dataset for any AI model;
  • remove or tamper with any notice, watermark or identifier.

You should know: content delivered to you may carry visible and invisible identifiers tied to your account, so that a leaked copy can be traced to the account it came from. The Privacy Policy describes this.

12. Your content

In short: what you post is yours. We need permission to show it inside the club.

You keep ownership of what you post, submit or upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and adapt it as needed to run the club, for as long as it remains in the club. We will not use what you post in our public marketing without asking you first.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you have no right to share, anything unlawful, or anyone's private information.

If you send us ideas or feedback about the club, we may use them without owing you anything.

13. House rules

In short: be decent. The members here are protected, fiercely.

You must not:

  • harass, bully, threaten or make unwanted advances towards anyone;
  • pitch, recruit, solicit or advertise to members, in public or in private messages, or move members to outside groups for that purpose;
  • steal from anyone, including us;
  • post political campaigning or argument; there are other places for it;
  • impersonate anyone, or ask any member for money, crypto, wallet details or passwords;
  • post "signals", "copy my trades" offers or anything presented as investment advice;
  • attempt to break, probe, overload or get round the club's security, limits or paywalls;
  • use the club for anything unlawful.

No one from the club will ever contact you to ask for payment, crypto or wallet details. Payments happen only on our checkout pages on our own domain. Report anyone who says otherwise.

14. Enforcement

In short: break the rules and the door closes. No warning is owed.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently close an account that breaks these terms or the house rules, or that puts other members or the club at risk. For serious breaches we will do this without warning. We decide in good faith, and we are not required to debate it.

If your account is closed for breaking these terms, you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid, except where the law where you live requires one. Points are lost. Sections that by their nature should survive, including 9, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 20, continue to apply.

15. Third-party services

In short: we teach and link to other companies' tools. Their behaviour is theirs.

The club describes and links to services run by other companies. We do not control them, and your use of them is between you and them under their terms. Prices, features and rules of outside services change; where we quote them, we say when we checked.

16. Availability and changes to the club

In short: we work hard to keep it running. We cannot promise it never breaks.

We aim to keep the club available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may carry out maintenance, change features or retire parts of the club. If we ever close the club entirely, we will give paying members at least 30 days' notice where we reasonably can, and monthly members will not be charged for any period after closure.

17. Disclaimers and limits on liability

In short: we provide the club as it is. Our liability to you is limited, as far as the law allows.

[LAWYER: this section must be fitted to the governing law and to consumer law in the places we sell.]

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • the club is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
  • we are not liable for trading losses, business losses, lost profits, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the club or from anything you did or did not do because of it;
  • our total liability to you for all claims relating to the club is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

18. Your responsibility to us

In short: if your misuse of the club costs us, you cover it.

If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, broke the law or infringed someone's rights through your use of the club, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from it, to the extent the law allows.

19. Ending your membership

In short: leave whenever you like. Your data choices are in the Privacy Policy.

You may cancel a plan or close your account at any time. Cancelling a plan ends renewals; closing your account ends your access. How to export or delete your data, and what we must keep for legal and financial reasons, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

20. Governing law and disputes

In short: which law applies, and where a dispute would be heard.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. [DISPUTES: courts of [PLACE], or arbitration; lawyer to draft, including any small-claims carve-out and any class-action waiver if wanted and enforceable.] If you are a consumer, you may also have the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, and nothing here removes it.

Before starting any formal dispute, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

21. The rest

  • If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce something once, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else. We may transfer it as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, and we will tell you if we do.
  • These terms, with the documents named in section 2, are the whole agreement between us about the club.
  • We may send notices to the email address on your account. Notices to us go to [CONTACT EMAIL].
